Travel to Washington, D.C., with Liberty University’s Standing for Freedom Center on Friday, January 24th, 2025, as we join the largest annual human rights gathering in the world.

Every year, Liberty University provides an opportunity for 1,000+ of students to join the March for Life. The Bible teaches us in Isaiah 1:17 to seek justice and correct oppression. Nowhere is that needed more than for unborn babies. Abortion is our generation’s greatest human rights issue, and we want the Lord to know that we did not stay silent as hundreds of thousands of innocent children were aborted every year in America.

We thank God the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in June of 2022, but the battle to protect the unborn is far from over. Roe v. Wade’s overturn returned the power to the states so each could determine its abortion laws. Though some states are voting to protect life, many states are choosing to allow abortion up to birth with no exceptions. In addition, national battles like protecting the Hyde amendment and advancing a pro-life culture, are still raging.
